  2. I use adult coloring pages in the work I do with clients (I’m a clinical social worker). We use them to learn coping skills, as well as to increase self expression and increase self esteem

    I really enjoy coloring in my Adult coloring Book. I have always loved to color I used to color with my own kids years ago. Now I can really enjoy my coloring and relaxing at the same time. Plus coloring in my Adult Coloring Book is Me time. I can get in my own little corner of the world. Love it!!
