DNA Miracles Baby Care Products

DNA Miracles Baby Care ProductsI’m the mom to two children under the age of 7 who both have sensitive skin. Matter of fact, I still use a lot of “baby” skincare products on my 7 year old daughter due to her skin sensitivities. My 1 year old son seems to be following in his sister’s footsteps.

DNA Miracles sent me 3 full-size products from their baby care line to review for you. Here are those 3 products and a little bit about each one.

DNA Miracles Natural Hydrating Lotion:

DNA Miracles Natural Hydrating Baby Lotion is a natural, non-toxic body lotion, specially formulated to moisturize your baby’s face and body, and help soothe minor skin irritations. Moisturizes with a combination of emollients and herbal extracts for skin that looks and feels smoother and softer, while supporting normal skin barrier functions to help keep the skin hydrated. Gentle on baby’s sensitive skin and suitable for newborn use, this lotion helps moisturize and soothe your baby’s skin.

My Thoughts: I’ve been using this body lotion on both of my children and really love how soft and smooth their skin feels after I’ve applied it. My daughter had dry & peeling skin from being in the pool too much this past summer and this body lotion cleared those dry patches right up. My one year old son had an issue with the bottom of his little feet being dry and it cleared that up too. This lotion is fantastic and it smells nice & fresh.

DNA Miracles Natural Foaming Wash & Shampoo:

DNA Miracles Natural Foaming Wash & Shampoo is a natural, gentle, non-toxic body cleanser and shampoo specially formulated for your baby’s delicate skin and hair. Gently cleanses, moisturizes and conditions the skin and hair with surfactants derived from coconut oil. Suitable for newborn use.

My Thoughts: This product I’ve been using exclusively on my 7 year old daughter. Her skin is extremely sensitive so I can only use non-fragrant products on her skin. One of the things she likes about the foaming wash & shampoo is that it’s foamy as it comes out of the dispenser and she can use it all over her body, including her hair. Second, it doesn’t irritate her skin or her eyes. She loves it so much that she won’t share it with her brother at all.

DNA Miracles Diaper Cream

DNA Miracles Natural Diaper Cream:

DNA Miracles Natural Diaper Cream is a nontoxic formula strong enough to soothe and yet gentle enough for the softest skin. Using natural ingredients like willow herb and coconut oil, this cream protects your child’s sensitive skin while locking in much-needed moisture. You apply this diaper cream at each diaper change, as needed.

My Thoughts: I’ve been using this product exclusively with my 1 year old who has a sensitive bottom, due to being in diapers. While he doesn’t get severe diaper rash, he does get “mild” diaper rash which I try to stay on top of. This cream is really rich & creamy with is formulation and goes onto the skin really nicely. One of the things I like about it is that when it comes time to change his next diaper, I can easily remove the old cream with a wipe and re-apply new cream. Some diaper creams stick to their skin so badly that you need to scrub it off, not this one. Since we’ve started using it, his rash has been very minor and I’m happy with that.

These DNA Miracles creams seem to be very good, especially for those with sensitive skin. I laughed when I read how your daughter loves the foaming soap so much she won’t share it.
