    Usually, I drink iced tea which I make with both black and green tea and lemon juice and often some diet tea mix too. Sometimes I add a fruity herbal tea to the mixture. I am very happy to earn that the tea is anti-aging and a a natural dehydrating drink.

  2. I drink tea constantly, from morning, through the day, and even in the evening. There’s always a cup within reach, even in the car–I love the stuff! I usually drink black tea, but after reading this post, I’m thinking I should be including some green tea in there, too.

  3. I buy boxes of 100 green tea bags at a time, so have several cups a day. I also like weak tea, which works well for my hydration since I hate drinking water. We had sulfur well water growing up and I still struggle with drinking enough water. It took a few years but I’m finally drinking about three times as much green tea, as coffee in a day. No artificial sweetener as well. I don’t drink alcohol and prefer tea as my relaxing beverage.
