Wow, today is April 29th and we will be closing out the month of April soon. I’ve been counting down the days until May because our new swimming pool will arrive the first week in May and we’re hoping to have it all done and ready to swim in by the end of the month. I’m so happy that winter is over and things are heating up. It’s really nice being outside in the fresh air and sunshine again! Do you have any fun plans for the weekend? Anything exciting going on?

(The Classy Chics – Week in Review for April 29th) It was a great week for reading about many things on the blog. I especially liked reading 10 Things You Didn’t Know About Shelly in the topic post , and I also liked that recipe for Vegan Neatballs in Garlic Tomato Sauce Recipe. Oh, and that OPUS Single Serve Coffee Brewer was a great added surprise. That coffee maker sounds wonderful!

  2. Wow–what a lot of posts this week! I hope that means you’re feeling better, Shelly. BTW, I can wholeheartedly recommend that OPUS coffeemaker. I won one last year, and it’s amazing–much better than the Keurig it replaced. Good luck to those entering that giveaway!

    • I totally agree Anne! I dropped my old Keurig off at the Goodwill store last year. This happens to be my second OPUS and they get better & better.

I’m coming along Anne. I’m heading for outpatient surgery on Tuesday afternoon. I have all of the reviews/giveaways and posts prescheduled to auto-publish for the 2-3 days that I might not be on.

      • I’m so glad I checked back here to see if you had replied–I’ll be keeping a good thought for you this week and hope that your surgery is successful and as easy on you as possible. As always, thanks for all the work you put into keeping TCC rolling along smoothly and making sure it’s always fresh and interesting. Good luck on Tuesday!

  3. Great quote of the week and too true. Thanks for another great week of recipes, posts, reviews and giveaways. I can’t believe it is almost May that is crazy. Hope you all have a wonderful weekend.

I do agree with the quote. Unless you are sure you will be able to repay your friend don’t borrow the money. You had a lot of great posts on different topics and giveaways too. Thanks for another wonderful week.
