No Bake Honey Cheese Cake Recipe
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/3 cup butter, melted
2 x 8oz Blue Isle Honey Yogurt Spread
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/3 cup white sugar
Optional: Berries for topping
In a small bowl, stir together the graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar and cinnamon. Add melted butter and mix well. Press into the bottom of an 8 or 10 inch spring form pan. Chill until firm. In a medium bowl, beat together the Blue Isle Honey Yogurt Spread and lemon juice until soft. Add whipping cream and beat with an electric mixer until batter becomes thick. Add the sugar and continue to beat until stiff. Pour into chilled crust, and top with pie filling. Chill several hours or overnight. Just before serving, remove the sides of the spring form pan.
Mediterranean Modified Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe
2 and ½ cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 and ½ cups powdered sugar
¾ cup Greek yogurt
2 tsp vanilla powder
1 and ¾ cups chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350F. Line a baking pan with parchment paper. In a small bowl, combine the flour, baking powder and salt. Whisk the eggs and sugar in a separate bowl. Add in the flour mixture into the egg mixture stirring constantly. Add in yogurt and vanilla, stir with a spatula. Fold in chocolate chips and combine well. Drop cookie batter with the help of two teaspoons on the parchment paper. Bake for 10 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.
My Thoughts: I was sent several of the Blue Isle Yogurt Spreads to try out for all of you. One of the things I love about this product is that you can use it as a substitute ingredient in your favorite recipes (as shown above) or you can use it as a spread. For example…we like using the Blue Isle Blueberry Yogurt Spread on our toasted bagels which is delicious! It’s rich, creamy and loaded with flavor! Very easy to spread too!

Normally we top our pies with some frozen whipped topping but found that we LOVED using the original yogurt spread on top of our pumpkin pie!
