Beautiful Holiday Decorations and Home Decor

Back in February of 2015 I introduced all of our readers to the wonderful online store called HomenYard. Over the past several months I have introduced you to a wide variety of different products that they have to offer. I’ve been very pleased with the quality of each of those items.

Now that the holiday 2015 season is approaching…it is time to think about all of the new holiday decor that you want to add to your home or give as holiday gifts.

Recently I received a gorgeous 2 1/4 foot tall lighted Santa Claus to add to my holiday decor. Let me first tell you, my photos of him don’t do him any justice. He is absolutely gorgeous in person!

He is very 3-dimensional and is gorgeous from all sides and is a plush figure that stands all on his own. On his backside you will find a little zipper compartment where you add 3 AAA batteries which powers him so that he lights up.

It is hard to tell from my photos but his outfit is glittered to the max. Even when you don’t have the lights going on, he sparkles and shines! In his right hand he carries a glittered green sack that is filled with sequined gift boxes, plastic candy canes, little pine cones, holly leaves & red berries and a satin red ribbon bow finishes it off nicely.

His white beard is lush and full and he is as chubby as can be! After all, isn’t Santa to be chubby? Yes, indeed! If you are worried about him being super weighty, don’t be…he is weighted but doesn’t weigh more than a few pounds.

This Santa is definitely meant to be used indoors. I took him outside for a few photos just to get better lighting. The photo above shows him indoors and I darkened my lighting so that you could see some of his twinkling lights thanks to that cool battery pack that is located on his backside.

Once we start getting out our holiday decorations and decorating our home I think I am going to put him in my entrance way so that he can greet all of our guests as they enter our home this Christmas season. He is fantastic!!!
