I love grilled chicken. It is one of my favorite meats to cook. So I was thinking the other day about doing some grilled burgers and thought that chicken burgers would be tasty too. I love using the breast and making a delicious sandwich (Hmm I am going to have to post those next) but thought for a change I will use some ground chicken and make an actual burger. Check out this recipe and give it a try.
Grilled Chicken Burger Recipe
Ingredients:
1 lb. ground chicken
1 egg, beaten
1 cup Seasoned Bread Crumbs
1 Minced Green Onion
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
1/8 tsp Poultry Seasoning
1/4 cup milk (optional)
4 Buns
Assorted Cheese Slices
Lettuce
Tomato Slice
Directions:
In a medium bowl, mix the chicken, egg, bread crumbs, onion and all seasonings together. If the meat is too dry, add a bit of milk to moisten. Form 4 patties and grill.
Prepare your buns, add condiments and cheese. Enjoy!

This recipe looked so good, I copied it down. I am due to make this this coming weekend. I thank you for the share.
That looks good to me! I could definitely go for a good burger!
I like the looks of this recipe. Very tasty.
I think that the milk or some broth is very important because low fat ground white meat chicken can be dry. I want to use more chicken and turkey to,replace beef burgers.
(Grilled Chicken Burger Recipe) This would be a good recipe to make for my husband. He says he wants to try and lose some weight. I can make this for him minus the bread-
Different with the seasoned bread crumbs and green onions. We’ve used ground chicken for white chili but never for burgers. Will have to try.
I like the addition of the green onions. Yummy.
This looks delicious, I definitely must try this. I have never cooked with ground chicken before, I can’t wait to give this a try, Thank you for sharing this recipe.
Love how it easy it sounds to make! Thank you! 🙂
