As you all know, I am a grandmother to a beautiful 5 year old little girl and my daughter is expecting baby #2 in five months. Our family is really excited about having a new baby come into the family and are anxiously anticipating the baby’s arrival.

* Lovey – Tiny blankets with adorable little animal faces so that your baby can “love” upon it. They are super soft! The one we received is a yellow ducky!
* Beautiful white crochet baby hat done in a classic beanie style. It is adorable and oh so perfect for a new baby to help them stay warm!
* Newborn Baby Onesie in solid white by Gerber. It is made out of 100% cotton.
* Baby Onesie in size 9-12 months done in a pretty turquoise color with an embroidered monkey on the front. Adorable!!!
* Newborn Baby Mittens made from cotton with a yellow ducky print.

Yes, you read that right! This Baby Box turns into a custom bassinet with the included custom mattress! It has a removable cover so that you can launder it when it is dirty. The Baby Boy has an adorable green elephant print and there are built-in handles on the side so that the new mom can easily move the “bassinet/box” around the house quickly and easily. It is light-weight and portable so my daughter can move it easily around the house once she has the baby without having to drag a traditional bassinet around with her. How cool is that? Totally cool.
The current collection for 2014 is called “Elephants on Parade” and it is adorable. Seriously, the most PERFECT gift to give to expecting parents! This would be a gift than any new mom would love! Wish I had known about it when my grandbaby was expected!
I never heard of this box before your review. To think that Finland sends one like these to all expectant mothers. It is a wonderful concept and I love that even the box can be used – in this case as a bassinet.
