Delicious Gourmet Coffee from Cake Boss

It is hard to believe…it is October and for many of us, we have started our holiday gift shopping! That countdown has officially begun for many and I am already tackling gift buying for those on my holiday list.

Several members in my family are big coffee drinkers and every year I scour the stores looking for gourmet coffee gifts to give them. They already have their coffee brewers and enough mugs to open up their own store. Hence, I always buy them some of the best coffee that I can find. After all, drinking coffee will give them pleasure & they will think of me long after the holiday has passed.

Recently I had the opportunity to try several different flavors of gourmet coffee from Cake Boss. I never knew that the Cake Boss had a line of bakeware and coffee for retail sales until now. Did you?

The entire line of coffee was inspired by TLC’s hit series, Cake Boss. The irresistible collection offers everything from the classic medium roast to signature flavors like Hazelnut Biscotti.

We received 2 boxes of the Buddy’s Blend, 1 box of the Chocolate Cannoli and 1 box of the Raspberry Truffle to review for all of you. We own a Keurig so all of our coffee was sent in Keurig Compatible Single Serve Coffee Cups (K-cups). Each box contains 18 cups!

We enjoy regular coffee, flavored and from time to time we enjoyed it iced too! On a normal day…I will breeze through 3 cups easily and hubby usually tops that! Yes, we are big coffee drinkers here!

During the early morning hours we go for your basic coffee, so that is when we enjoyed the Cake Boss Buddy’s Blend which is a medium roast Arabica Coffee. It has a delicious flavor to it that is not too strong nor too light. No bitterness or after-bite to it at all. The perfect way to start your day!

The Chocolate Cannoli is one that we enjoyed both hot and over ice. It is rich & decadent, perfect for an after meal “dessert” or anytime during the day when you are craving something chocolate and/or sweet! This one was my favorite & I found myself craving it often!

Raspberry Truffle is absolutely divine! My adult daughter couldn’t get enough of this one and was constantly snagging the K-cups from me. This one is better hot than over ice (just my opinion) and is rich and smooth. The flavor definitely resembles one of those fine chocolate truffles you would find in a Swiss chocolate store. Heavenly!
