Homemade Blueberry Bread Recipe

While I enjoy cooking, baking is my real passion in the kitchen. Every week I am in the kitchen baking up a variety of tasty treats for my family, including bread. A few weeks ago I baked up a loaf of homemade blueberry bread as I had some frozen blueberries that I needed to use up. This recipe will make 2 loaves and tastes great served warm with a little melted honey butter on the top. Delicious!

I love blueberry bread and I shall make this version with the oats in it soon.

  3. Just this morning I was thinking I should bake something to use the blueberries I have in my freezer before I start picking the fresh ones ripening now! This recipe looks perfect. I’ve pinned it so I won’t lose it, and I’ll probably make it this weekend. (I’d make it today but I just made a batch of muffins yesterday and want to use them up first.) Thank you!

  5. looks easy enough and tasty. We just came back from the farm, picked up 9 (1 gallon) backets 🙂
