Fast and Easy Grilled Chicken Recipe

I love to grill meats and one of my favorite meats to grill is chicken. Chicken thighs, to be exact. They are my favorite. When the boneless, skinless thighs are on sale, I make sure to grab several packs because they grill up super fast and end up moist and tasty. They are easy to add to salads for lunch or dinner, as a main dish and as a healthy, high protein snack. The left overs do not last long in my house.

I have a really easy recipe that I have been been using for years on my chicken. It gives a nice taste with a bit of a crust too.

Directions:
Season your chicken with decent amounts of the following seasonings on both sides, before grilling or baking.

* Season Salt
* Garlic Powder
* Cracked Black Pepper
* Poultry Seasoning (start with a smaller amount. This is potent)

Grill Your Chicken low and slow. Get a good sear and then turn the flames to low or cook the chicken off the direct heat. For boneless, skinless thighs, I usually cook about 5 minutes on each side, depending on thickness. Chicken should be at 180 degrees, so I pull them when they are about 175 (they continue to cook off the heat for a bit) or when juices run clear.

    I like cooking with boneless chicken thighs because they remain more moist and don’t dry out like the breasts. Thanks for the recipe.

  2. I’ve never grilled boneless chicken thighs. It’s a great cut of meat, and like you, I always get them when they’re on sale. Thanks for the how-to for doing them on the grill. Your description is perfect: Fast and easy!
