We decided to make the Microwave Rocky Road Fudge from page 131 in the cookbook. You only need 5 ingredients and your microwave oven to make this one so I consider it completely goof-proof! In less than 5 minutes our fudge was made and about 2 hours later it was firm. Wow…so easy to make and it was a HUGE hit with the family!!!
I am hoping to have some additional free time next week as I spotted a Wacky Potato Fudge Recipe that I just have to make. I remember being a little girl and my Nana making something similar to it.
