Easter Glazed Ham
Isn’t it funny how holiday traditions are surround by the foods we eat? Easter is another big food holiday and we have our traditional foods that we love to prepare for the Easter dinner. Typically on my table is a big beautiful Ham with Au Gratin Potatoes, Deviled Eggs, salads, and homemade rolls or biscuits and a lovely dessert. It is something I look forward to all month long! I love ham and really relish the enjoyment of that dish and the awesome soup I make with the bone afterwards!

What is going to be on your table this Easter? Do you potluck it with family or do you cook the entire meal? I am cooking the full meal and have to get cracking on shopping for it today!

  1. Yum Everyone’s foods sound delicious! I hope you enjoy your time with family and friends 🙂

  2. Our Easter dinner will be leftovers! I’m making a turkey dinner today. It just worked out that way. I will probably make us some nice popovers for our Easter breakfast, though, so we’ll have something special for the holiday. I have some homemade peach jam from last summer that will be perfect with the popovers.

When we do make a traditional Easter dinner, we have a mix of spiral ham (which I hate!) and Greek specialties, even when the Easters aren’t on the same day. This means lamb exohiko (lamb and feta baked in phyllo), green beans….the lot! And always too much food!

    Congrats to the winners!
Our dinner is just a bit of pot luck. Main course & potatoes and then others bring dishes to round out the meal. Of course we have deviled eggs. Have to do something yummy with all those eggs.

Congrats on your win Jennifer. Thank you so much TCC. I saw so many beautiful items on the Sticky Jewelry site so I can’t wait to pick out something special 🙂 TY and thank you Sticky Jewelry!

We will be having ham for Easter dinner too. I saw a tangy honey glazed recipe I will be trying 🙂 My husband and I do all the holiday cooking together. We are also having oven-baked diced potatoes, cabbage rolls, steamed veggies and apple pie with ice cream for dessert. Have a great Easter everyone!! 🙂

We Potluck it with the family. I used to do it by myself, but not anymore. It is too exspensive and to much cleaning. I like that we all being a dish and dessert and get to try out my other sister’s and brother’s dishes.

We are actually having our Easter dinner today since we all have it off. Just a simple family dinner and movie, but my daughter made Deviled eggs and is going to do mashed potatoes. We are, of course, having ham and rolls, too. I love making lots of ham to freeze and to add to beans.

    Congratulations to the 2 winners
We usually make ham for Easter and this year I am sharing the cooking with my daughter-in-law. I shall make the ham and desserts. She shall make the sides.
