Chocolate Fudge Brownies Recipe

Chocolate Fudge Brownies RecipeMy fiance is not a big cake or cupcake eater but he does love baked treats that are made with chocolate. One way I can satisfy his sweet tooth is by making up a quick batch of chocolate fudge brownies. If you like chopped nuts, you can toss in a 1/4 cup of your favorites but I complete omit them as we like our brownies gooey and without them.

You can serve them room temperature but we like ours reheated in the microwave for 10-15 seconds (served warm) and sometimes we drizzle warm caramel sauce over the top or add a big spoonful of vanilla ice cream on top of them.

2 medium eggs
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Lightly spray a glass 8″ by 8″ baking pan with nonstick spray or grease it lightly with butter. Pour the brownie batter into the pan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until center is done.

So I saved it in Yumprint, printed it to a PDF file and pinned it to Pinterest. I think I have it saved. These look really good and I’ll have to surprise my fiance with them sometime in the next couple of weeks.

This is an easy recipe and my husband and I both love chocolate. Since he is a diabetic I would have to use a sugar substitute or unsweetened applesauce, but maybe I’ll make a batch just for me! I don’t keep medium eggs, so I wil have to see how muchto substitute with large or extra large eggs.

  8. Great simple recipe. I keep unsweetened chocolate on hand so this recipe is perfect.
