Today I would like to introduce you to the lighting company called Dorcy who sells hundreds and hundreds of indoor and outdoor lighting products. The company sent us the Dorcy Failsafe LED Rechargeable Emergency Light to review for all of you. We live in the north east, Pennsylvania to be exact and believe it or not, we get all kinds of severe weather. Just in the past three years we have had 2 hurricanes, 1 blizzard, an earthquake, 2 tornado’s, several snow & ice storms and all kinds of other mother nature nonsense that she has thrown at us. Power failures are something we know about!
This emergency light has several great features that we just love!

Since receiving this emergency light we have used it several times. When it’s not in use we keep it plugged in and we use it as a power failure light. When the power goes off, we use it then as a flashlight & area light. I love that when I sit it down it will stand upright so that it can be used as an area light. I used it like that a few days ago when the power went off during dinner preparation.
Another thing I love about this particular item is it’s size. As a woman I can’t drag around heavy and large flashlights with me…they just don’t fit comfortably in my small hands. This one is perfectly sized for a man, woman or even an older child and it is super bright!!!
Frankly, this is the best emergency light I have ever used! I love that it’s really 4 lights in one and can be used in a multitude of different ways. In my opinion, it’s a must have and every home should have one…heck, have two or three!
