High-Quality Mineral Makeup from Signature Minerals

Signature Minerals CollectionJust like most women that I know, I love to play with cosmetics…but I am very particular about what kind of cosmetics that I put on my face and I do primarily prefer natural mineral makeup. With that said, not all mineral makeup is created equally and I look for the ones that are paraben-free, bismuth-free, phthalate-free, sulfate-free, talc-free, cornstarch-free and makeup that contains no petroleum derivatives.

If you are like me and prefer this type of mineral makeup, well…I found the perfect cosmetic company for you! Let me introduce you to Signature Minerals who sells some of the finest mineral makeup that has ever graced my skin!

When you shop at Signature Minerals you will find beautiful mineral foundations, concealers, eye colors, blushers, bronzers, finishing veils, face primers, makeup bags, makeup brushes, natural skin care products and so much more!

For my review, the company sent me several complimentary samples to try out for all of you. Here is a list of what I received:

* Light Beige 2.3 Foundation
* Ivory, Light, Medium Light, Medium Beige and Medium Light Foundations
* Bisque Concealer
* Petite Eye Colors – Eggplant, Eggplant Light, Driftwood, Jo’s Sandcastle, Crème, Hemera, Nyx, Hera and Peridot.

Wow…they selected all of the wonderful shades that I love! I love neutrals with splashes of color and that is exactly what I got! You will always find several shades of mineral foundation in my beauty bag and makeup basket because as I tan or get lighter throughout the year, I can wear the appropriate color. In addition, mineral makeup can be mixed and matched to get the perfect shade for your skin tone. I will often mix 2 colors together and sometimes even a third!

Every shade that they sent to me in regards to the foundations I can use! Some I can use right now because I am lighter and as I tan throughout the summer, I can move onto the semi-darker ones. I love that! Right now, I am sporting around the Light Beige which is perfect for me and it gives me great coverage when I apply it with my foundation brush.

I wasn’t too sure about the Bisque Concealer but once I applied it…my dark circles were barely noticeable underneath my eyes. It completely covered up some redness I had on my checks and I can’t see the tiny scar I have near my chin. That concealer is worth it’s weight in gold!

They sent me a lot of the mineral eye colors and I have tried every single one of them! My favorite right now is the Eggplant Matte Color which is perfect for spring! I have been putting that one all over my lids and then using the Crème color as my highlighter. A few days ago my hubby and I went out to eat for our anniversary and I used the Nyx color as an eyeliner (just dampened it and applied with a liner brush). On days that I am just hanging at the house and want a complete neutral…I have been sporting the Jo’s Sandcastle.Mineral Makeup from Signature Minerals

They are all beautiful shades that are super easy to apply and guess what? I get long lasting coverage too! Unlike some of the other mineral makeup brands, I am not reapplying this every few hours throughout my day. Nope…I am getting a good 8 hour coverage from all of these products which is a huge plus for me! In addition, I was out in my garden several days ago in 88 degree temps and NONE of my makeup ran…it stayed put with no “makeup melting” at all.

I am really impressed with the quality of mineral makeup that I was sent to review for all of you. I really can NOT pick a favorite as they are all wonderful products and I am looking forward to getting into the heart of Summer when I want to go more pastel with my eye colors and trust me, I will be shopping at Signature Minerals!
