Our Review: The great folks over at Dorcy Direct sent us 4 of their motion sensing lights to review for all of you. We received the motion sensing path light, motion sensing flood light, motion sensing ceiling light and the stick anywhere night light to review for all of you.
The Stair-Lite Wireless LED Motion Light is a bright light for stairs, steps and hallways. It has a motion sensor with auto on/off. It glows all night and brightens with motion, attaches anywhere and has a 1-2 year runtime. It can be used indoor/outdoor and takes 3 C Alkaline batteries. My hubby decided to place this light right outside our front door on one of our porch pillars. This is a covered porch and he has the light on the pillar and has it directed at our front door at door knob level. Now when he comes home from work at night, he simply walks in front of it, it lights up and he can see to get his keys in the door. Yeah!
The Flood-Lite Wireless LED Motion Light is a bright light, it lights up a 350 ft. area with ease! It features a 180 degree motion sensor, auto on/off, auto timer on/off, only turns on at night to save energy, no wires, attaches anywhere and has a 1-2 year runtime. It is for indoor/outdoor use and uses 3 D Alkaline batteries. My hubby placed this flood light outdoors underneath our car port near our back door. When anyone comes to our back door at night, this flood light lights up our entire back door area. I really LOVE this light!
The L.E.D. Wireless Motion Ceiling Light features a 180 degree sensor and is waterproof. It automatically turns on when motion is detected and off when no motion is present. It’s a bright light and will light up a 350 ft. area with easy…plus, it’s really easy to mount! It has a 1-2 year runtime and takes 4 C cell batteries. My hubby installed this ceiling light on the ceiling at the base of our basement stairs. We placed it there, that way if the power goes out and we are downstairs in the basement, we can see to get up the stairs.
The L.E.D. Wireless Motion Anywhere Light features a 180 degree motion sensor and is easy to mount. It features a lifetime bulb (never needs replaced) and can be used to light steps, washrooms and cabinets. It has a 1-2 year runtime and takes 4 AA cell batteries. For this light, we placed it in our guest bedroom closet which has poor lighting. Now when hubby or I get into that closet, we have additional lighting! Sorry, I couldn’t get a decent photo of this one in that small closet.
All of the products that we received for the review were super easy to put up & to install. We are very pleased with these products and would NOT hesitate in buying them. Matter of fact, once Spring arrives, we plan on purchasing some to secure up our outdoor lighting even more! Hubby wants to get some to also place in his outdoor shed which has NO light at this time. What a great idea hubby! Yeah!
