Here is some good news! Weight Watchers has just come out with some new meals in their Smart One’s frozen food line. With a growing line of delicious foods for a calorie controlled breakfast, lunch or dinner, Smart One’s have added 5 new dishes that all sound really good!
I live in a small town so the new line has not reached us yet, but I was able to sample one of their other items this week. I had a delicious Red Beans and Rice lunch and it was the perfect size. It was only 300 calories which is perfect for lunch. The flavor was wonderful and it tasted very close to my own red beans recipe. The fact that this is a frozen meal was amazing because it did not have the weird frozen food texture that some foods get. The rice was moist and it was a very filling meal.
You should check out the new meals in your grocers freezer. They have created some that sound wonderful. How about a BBQ Wrap or some Sesame Noodles for lunch or dinner? Yum! If you are looking for something for breakfast, check out the new English Muffin or Pancakes. Now I am getting hungry! And to top it off, their new dessert is fabulous sounding… Toffee Sundae! Oh My Goodness!
