We love eating salads here in our home and you will usually see us eating at least one helping of a freshly made salad every day. This recipe happens to be one of my husband’s favorite ones!
Caesar Salad Recipe
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 clove garlic, halved
10 cups torn romaine lettuce
1 cup prepared garlic flavored croutons
1/4 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
Pepper to taste
Lemon Slices
Place oil, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and garlic in blender container. Cover. Refrigerate until serving time. Mix romaine lettuce, croutons, and Parmesan cheese in a large bowl. Stir dressing and pour over salad, toss to coat. Season with pepper to taste. Garnish with lemon slices.
