I used a pad all over my face and neck each morning after getting out of the shower. It is so refreshing and cool. It felt lovely. There was no drying of my skin at all. It absorbs and dries extremely quickly so you are not waiting around for it to soak in. You can go right on with the rest of your makeup or skin care processes. There is a marine botanical added to moisturize and condition your skin and this is of course Alcohol-free.
I am very pleased with how my skin felt and loved the Exuviance SkinRise Bionic Tonic. It was a wonderful additional to my morning skin care regime and I give it 2 thumbs up!
