I am so excited to tell you about this product I was able to review for you today. In my quest to rid the house of chemical products, I thought about perfumes. I have not been able to wear them in quite a while due to being over sensitive to scents. So I thought that perhaps it was due to the other stuff that is in the perfumes.
I was able to find a lovely site and owner that creates beautiful organic perfume so pure and simple you wonder why everyone is not using them.
Agape and Zoe Naturals has been creating non toxic, paraben and phthalate-free products since 2009 when the owner decided to do some research on ingredients and was shocked with what she found in commercial products. Being a perfume lover, she started there and what was created was pure and simple, clean green beauty perfume that contains organic jojoba oil* and essential oils. That’s it!
I was sent a few to try out for you. I got two of the rollerball vials for women and one for men. These bottle are smaller than what you would expect, but because they are made with essential oil and jojoba oil only, a little goes a long way. And they are perfect for the purse and traveling!
The first one I tried is called Faith and it is composed of the tang of grapefruit and the sweetness of vanilla. The second one is called Green and it is composed of the cool, crispness of cucumber, the soothing energy of mint, and the tart sweetness of mandarin orange.
Both of these are very mild scented which is a plus in my book. I hate overpowering scents. They are pure and simple. Nothing that made my head hurt at all. YAY! It left a hint of scent on my pulse points and that was fine for me.
The men’s cologne is called Aftos. It has notes of juniper berry, lavender, the unique spicy scent of vetiver and bergamot, with just a slight hint of vanilla. This is a unique looking cologne as it separates in the little bottle, so you need to shake it before applying it. My hubby liked it okay. He didn’t rave about it nor did he hate it,m so I guess that’s was good LOL You know how guys are.
