Today I get to introduce you to the natural and organic skin care company called Nurture My Body which has been in business since 2006. The company sells organic skin care products, organic body care products, hair care products, baby care products and even organic products for a pregnant mother’s delicate skin! Wow…I think they got the family covered!
My Review: The generous folks over at Nurture My Body sent me their fragrance-free Cleansing Milk to review for all of you. This is a gentle cleanser for normal to oily skin with seaweed extract and Aloe Vera gel. This product is organic, gluten-free, cruelty-free, nut-free and is certified Vegan. This product is helpful in removing dirt, debris and make-up from your skin and helps to maintain your skin’s natural oil base.
I have sensitive dry skin when it comes to my face and at times I get patches of dry, scaly skin on my chin or around my nose so I was excited to give this product a try. The product comes in an easy to use pump bottle that you can leave sitting out on your vanity top or pack it for when you are traveling. (they also have sample sizes for those who need those!). The product looks like milk but a tad thicker. I moistened my face and then used the product in circular motions across my forehead, cheeks and chin areas. (you can also use it on your neck). After a minute or two you simply just rinse your face until clean. I used this product twice a day (morning and night) for 5 days and found that it did an excellent job at removing “light” makeup and my skin definitely felt moisturized and clean. Matter of fact, I didn’t have to use any moisturizer after washing my face. I had absolutely no skin irritation or burning. It felt creamy like silk during the application and my skin felt squeaky clean afterwards. There was no stickiness at all with this product. I think it is a fabulous product and I highly recommend that you give it a try!
