One of my favorite things about back to school is the shopping for school and office supplies. It is actually a terrible addiction and I often wonder if I will ever break the habit… not that I want to really. I think it all about how a pen or pencil feels in your hand and how it writes on the paper that is a big thing. You have a favorite pen, don’t you?

The Faber-Castell Jumbo GRIP Graphite EcoPencils came along with a GRIP Sharpener and a cool GRIP Eraser. These pencils are perfect for either young hands, arthritic hands or for someone who write a lot. There are 2 jumbo grip pencils with graphite lead on a blister card. It is not as fat as a kindergartener pencil, but it is thicker than a regular pencil. The ergonomic jumbo triangular shape is easy to hold for hours of tireless writing. The “soft-grip zone” dots on the pencil provides a non-slip grip. This pencil is very comfortable to use for long periods of time. To me there is no perfect age on this pencil; anyone can use this comfortably.
The eraser and the sharpener are very cool. The eraser looks like a short version of the pencil. It is a bit heavy and does a fabulous job at erasing. I have to hide it from my kid, because I know that he will swipe it in an instant. The sharpener has openings for several different sizes of pencils and flips open to empty.
All of these items are great for back to school or to keep at home for homework or your own personal writing. I think you would enjoy writing or drawing with this pencil regardless of your age. Enjoy!
