Today I would like to introduce you to the gourmet company called Euforia Confections based out of the great state of Arizona. This company makes a product called Thousand-Layer Cakes which are all-natural and you can order a gluten-free variety too! The thousand-layer spice cake stacks are thin layers, all individually baked, resulting in a unique blend of moist texture and decadent flavor.
For my review I received 12 individually packaged thousand-layer cakes to review for all of you. I received 6 in the spice cake flavor and 6 in the vanilla cake flavor. You can also get these in flourless versions for those who need them gluten-free. Each box contains 12 individually wrapped cakes and are priced from $25.00 to $27.50 per box. These little cakes are 1 oz. in size they are the perfect little finger-food snack.
The first one that my family decided to try out was the “spice” flavor and wow…that little 1 oz. cake sure does pack a punch! It had the perfect blend of spices in it and was super moist and delicious. The following day I had a few friends over for tea and I served them the “vanilla” flavor which tastes a little different than the “spice” flavor. This one definitely had more of vanilla taste to it and was just as moist and delicious as the first one. The girls at my tea party loved them…matter of fact, I had to get the rest of the “spice” flavored ones out and they finished those off too! LOL
I love that these are individually packaged. They can be kept at room temperature for up to 3 weeks, in the refrigerator for up to 2 months and frozen in the freezer for up to 4 months. I think that is fabulous because you can purchase them, freeze them and when guests just “drop in” you can quickly thaw and serve them. They are a wonderful treat!
It is nice to know that you can still purchase all-natural delicious products that you didn’t have to make yourself and we loved the Euforia thousand-layer cakes! I would like to thank Euforia for sending us the box of Thousand-Layer Cakes as they are absolutely delicious!
