I-ROC Orthotic Walking Shoes Review & Giveaway
I have a secret and I am going to share. Physically my body is a mess. After being in 5 car accidents, I have bad back pain that affects my hips and neck on occasion too. I am out of shape and my feet are a wreck too from many years of high heels, poor fitting shoes and being overweight. With all that personal info out there for you, it was my pleasure to try out some orthotic walking shoes that I hoped would help my back and feet as well as allowing me to get back to walking as an exercise more.

I was not sure if these would help me or not. But I know so many people with back pain, foot pain, diabetes and a host of other body issues, I knew that this review will help someone. So I am pleased to bring this company to you. I-ROC Shoes were so kind to send me the Women’s I-ROC Casual, in Black for review.
When I first got them I wore them around the house for a few hours. I immediately found myself standing straight up right. That is an interesting feeling as I tend to stoop a bit because when my lower back is sore, it is a protective stance. Not healthy for me but I loved that I felt pulled upright when wearing these shoes.
The next day I wore them out running errands and had them on most of the day. They were extremely comfortable and I could feel the curve where they were lifting my foot right in the arch. It felt good to have on a good fitting shoes that worked with your foot and not against it. As my family and I walked the stores, I was not hanging on to the cart bent over and I felt great walking through the store. This has not happened in a year or more! The rocking motion in the shoes does take a tiny bit to get used to, but they feel awesome on my feet! And I really love that they make my foot look small… well at least to me LOL

I am extremely pleased with my shoes and I will wear them everyday! I think if you know someone or you yourself have issues that these shoes could help, you need to check out this site and see if they would be right for you.
